Overview
Yearn Finance is a decentralised asset management protocol launched in 2020 that automates yield strategies for depositors. Its vaults allocate capital across lending markets and liquidity pools according to strategies written and maintained by independent contributors. The project distributed its governance token without a sale or investor allocation, a decision that made it a reference case for fair launches.
