Talk to the people who run the site
Alion is run by a small engineering team in Dubai. Mail is read by that team, not by a ticket queue, and a correction to a listing or a company profile is made at the source record so a rescan cannot undo it.

Company
Alion, founded 2026, operating from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Founder: Dmitrii Maslennikov. The platform is at alion.io; it is not affiliated with Alion Science and Technology or any similarly named organisation.
Profiles that are ours: LinkedIn, GitHub, Crunchbase, Product Hunt, Wellfound, Trustpilot, DEV. Anything else carrying the name is not us.
Before you write
- A role you applied to never replied. Applications go to the employer's own system, not to us; we can tell you whether the posting is still confirmed live on the employer's board, and flag it if it is not. See how that check works in the methodology.
- You want your company's roles listed. They probably already are - search your company on the site first. If not, send the careers URL and the board is added.
- You want your company's roles removed. Say so from an address on the company's domain and they come out.
- You need the data rather than the site. The data page has the samples and the API and MCP server need no conversation to start using.
Account and billing
If you have an account, the fastest route is the site itself: billing and subscriptions live in your settings, and account deletion is self-service. For anything they do not cover, write to [email protected] from the address the account uses. Refund rules are in the refund policy.
