Job postings straight from ATS feeds
Alion reads job postings straight from the applicant tracking systems employers use (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, SmartRecruiters, Workable, iCIMS, SuccessFactors, Teamtailor and more than a hundred others) and returns them in one schema, with the employer resolved to its verified domain. 1,453,590 postings are live now.
One schema for every vendor
Each ATS has its own fields, location formats and pay notation. Alion normalises them: one role taxonomy, one seniority scale, locations resolved to cities and countries, pay to US dollars a year, and the employer matched to its company record, so a posting from Workday and one from Lever can be filtered the same way.
