Missions
- Evoluer l'identité visuelle et les directives de marque pour 0x, en concevant et en maintenant une bibliothèque d'actifs de soutien à la vente.
- Concevoir des pages web, y compris des pages d'atterrissage, des pages de produits et des pages de comparaison, ainsi que des graphiques sociaux pour 0x et Matcha.
- Construire des modèles et des composants de marque et de marketing que les non-designers peuvent utiliser en toute confiance dans les campagnes.
Profil recherché
- A track record of shaping and extending a visual identity, not just working within one- Alignment with our core values: do the right thing, consistently ship, and focus on long-term impact
- Ability to attend annual in-person team offsites around the globe
- Expert-level Figma skills, including building reusable templates and components
- A bias for action: you get things done without waiting to be asked and adapt quickly as priorities shift
- Fluency with AI design tools, and experience using them to raise both the speed and quality of your work
- Experience partnering closely with marketing and sales teams, translating business goals into design
- A portfolio of shipped brand work across web, social and sales materials
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions
- 4+ years of brand design experience, including at least 1 year in crypto, DeFi or emerging tech
- Strong typography and layout skills
- Experience building pages in Webflow, plus basic HTML/CSS
- Illustration and basic motion design skills
- Experience taking a website redesign from concept to launch
- Experience designing for both B2B and B2C audiences
