Roles:

We are looking for an AI-native Product Manager to lead the evolution and commercialization of strategic platforms, including:

• A low-code workflow automation and orchestration platform
• An AI-powered Quality Engineering and agentic testing platform

Responsibilities:

• Own product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and execution
• Drive customer discovery, market validation, and product-market-fit initiatives
• Partner closely with engineering, AI, design, sales, and leadership teams
• Define product requirements, prioritize opportunities, and measure outcomes
• Create compelling demos, positioning, and go-to-market narratives
• Use AI extensively to accelerate research, analysis, planning, documentation, and product operations
• Establish data-driven processes for experimentation, feedback collection, and continuous improvement
• Turn AI capabilities into differentiated, commercially valuable products

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, AI, or platform products
• Strong understanding of modern AI and LLM ecosystems, including agents, copilots, RAG, and workflow automation
• Ability to engage technical teams on architecture, APIs, integrations, and AI systems
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder-management skills
• Demonstrated experience taking products from concept through adoption and measurable business outcomes
• Strong customer instincts, commercial judgment, and ability to make clear trade-offs

AI-Native Mindset:

• Use AI throughout the product lifecycle, including discovery, research, analysis, prioritization, planning, execution, and reporting

• Think in terms of agentic workflows, automation, and human-AI collaboration
• Constantly seek ways to increase leverage, speed, learning, and product quality through AI
