SENIOR SALES MANAGER, LATAM

Your Role

Responsible for executing sales strategies and managing sales and client relationships across Latin America, with a primary focus on the institutional segment.

Your Responsibilities

Sales

• Identification of business opportunities from new and existing clients in LatAm
• Arranging meetings, presentations and follow-ups

Initiating contracts, bringing clients live

• Responsibility for revenue generation and profitability in dedicated sales area
• Team working skill
• Support the growth of the business in LatAm

Account Management

• Keeping contact with active clients on a regular basis at several levels, from senior managers to execution traders
• Manage clients in the dedicated sales area; retain and increase existing business
• Initial trouble shooting of non-technical problems
• Fetching client feedback to report to development

Business Development

• Develop relationships with determined portfolio clients and proactively work with them to maximize client revenue potential
• Learn and understand 360T platforms and technology product offering
• Work closely with global sales force to maximize on global customer relationships and cooperate as a member of a team in global sales opportunities
• Monitor and analyze portfolio client trading activity and identify areas of opportunity to improve pricing coverage that will lead to increased trading activity
• Organize and/or attend networking events with local market professionals
• Liaise with local multipliers like TMS/PMS/OMS/EMS vendors and consultants.
• Propose and organize necessary events in coordination with Sales and Marketing Heads

Your Profile

• Ability to demonstrate account management planning to maintain and develop existing customer business
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the financial market
• Existing network of relationships across institutional client segment
• Strong understanding of Latin American FX and financial markets
• Ability to develop client relationships
• Ability to identify client business requirements
• Strong practical experience in Global Markets sales & trading
• Higher education in banking, business administration, computer science or equivalent
• Credible, persuasive, well-presented with excellent communication, presentation and execution skills
• Client service and detail-oriented
• Highly motivated, entrepreneurial spirit, team player
• Portuguese, Spanish and English languages
