Graphic Design Executive

This is a remote position.

We're looking for a Graphic Design Executive who has a good eye for design, understands social media trends, and enjoys creating visually engaging content for digital platforms. Someone who is comfortable working with popular design tools, is curious about AI-powered creativity, and wants to grow their skills while working on real brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Performance Marketing Creatives

• Design engaging social media creatives, static ads, carousels, banners, promotional graphics, and other digital assets.

• Create performance marketing creatives for platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital advertising channels.

• Adapt designs to different platforms, formats, dimensions, and brand guidelines.

• Create multiple creative variations based on campaign requirements, feedback, and A/B testing needs.

• Understand how visual hierarchy, typography, colours, and creative hooks contribute to effective digital advertising.

2. Brand Design & Visual Communication

• Translate creative briefs and references into visually appealing designs that align with brand guidelines.

• Work on product-focused creatives, campaign visuals, promotional assets, and everyday brand communication.

• Maintain consistency in design quality, layout, typography, and visual identity across deliverables.

• Stay updated with social media trends, design styles, and digital advertising formats.

3. AI-Powered Creative Production

• Use AI tools to explore design concepts, generate visual assets, enhance images, and experiment with creative ideas.

• Incorporate AI-powered tools into everyday design workflows wherever relevant.

• Experiment with AI-generated imagery, backgrounds, product visuals, and other creative elements.

• Stay curious about emerging AI tools and learn how to apply them to improve creative output.

4. Basic Video Editing & Motion Graphics

• Create basic motion graphics and animated creatives for social media and digital advertising.

• Edit short-form videos and add text animations, transitions, effects, and other visual elements.

• Convert static designs into simple animated assets for social media and performance marketing campaigns.

• Work with the creative team to deliver video and motion-based assets as per project requirements.

5. Creative Execution & Collaboration

• Work closely with the design, creative strategy, social media, and performance marketing teams.

• Understand project briefs, incorporate feedback, and deliver creatives within agreed timelines.

• Manage multiple design tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

• Organise design files and deliver final assets in the required formats.

• Take initiative in learning new tools, improving design skills, and exploring creative approaches.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing, creative, advertising, or performance marketing agency.

• A portfolio showcasing social media creatives, digital advertising assets, and other relevant design projects.

• Experience working with brands or creative agencies is preferred.

• Proficiency in popular design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.

• Familiarity with tools such as Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent alternatives, for basic motion graphics and video editing.

• Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Canva AI, Freepik AI, or similar tools.

• Good understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.

• Ability to understand design briefs and translate them into engaging visual content.

• Attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and the ability to incorporate feedback.

• Good communication and time-management skills.

• Comfort working independently and collaborating with a remote team.

Good to Have

• Experience working with D2C, e-commerce, lifestyle, beauty, wellness, or other consumer-facing brands.

• Basic understanding of performance marketing and how creative assets support ad campaigns.

• Experience creating multiple creative variations for paid advertising.

• Familiarity with AI image-generation, image-editing, and AI video tools.

• An interest in exploring new design trends, visual storytelling techniques, and creative technologies.

• Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
