Hiring Criteria - Customer Service Executive (BPO)

Experience: 0-1 year (Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered).
Communication Skills: Good verbal communication in English is required (priority) and Hindi.
Shift Flexibility: Candidates must be willing to work in rotational shifts.
Age Limit: Maximum age should be 40 years.
Gender Preference: Preferably 80% male candidates, based on current operational requirements.
Role: Customer Service Executive (Voice Process).

- Customer handling and problem-solving skills.
