Associate - Voice Support

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Voice Support Executive to handle inbound/outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes
• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions in the system
• Follow communication scripts and standard operating procedures
• Achieve daily/weekly performance targets (quality, productivity, TAT)
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Hindi (regional language like Marathi is a plus)
• Good listening and problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• Ability to handle pressure and manage difficult customers
• Customer-centric attitude

Qualification:

• HSC / Graduate (Any Stream)
• Minimum 6 months-1 year experience in BPO/Call Center preferred

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
• Immediate joiners preferred
