Key Responsibilities:
Active Directory Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of Active Directory (AD) infrastructure, including domain controllers, group policies, and security configurations and Knowledge of CA servers and ADFS servers.
Messaging Systems: Manage and support enterprise messaging systems, including Microsoft Exchange, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
Office 365 Administration: Lead the administration and optimization of Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
Microsoft Office Security Implementation: Implement and manage security measures for Microsoft Office applications, including configuring security settings, managing access controls, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Shared Services Management: Coordinate and manage shared IT services, ensuring efficient and reliable delivery of services across the organization.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the IT team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Incident and Problem Management: Lead the resolution of complex incidents and problems related to AD, messaging, and Office 365, ensuring minimal downtime and impact on business operations.
Security and Compliance: Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements, implementing best practices for data protection and access control.
Project Management: Lead and manage IT projects related to AD, messaging, and Office 365, from planning and execution to monitoring and completion.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures, and provide regular reports to management.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IT services.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 10+ years of experience in managing Active Directory, messaging systems, and Office 365 environments.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in AD, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, PowerShell scripting, and related technologies.
· Knowledge of DKIM, SFP, DAMARC, DNS, SMTP, IMAP, and other relevant email protocols.
Expertise in google/netcore/zoho/Icewarp setup,
Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing complex IT projects.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert) are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with hybrid cloud environments and integration of on-premises and cloud services.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
Familiarity with identity and access management solutions.
