IT Manager

Responsibilities:

• IT Manager shall be the Single Point of Contact in the respective district for the project.
• Shall be working from the central office within the district, but you should travel to the work locations whenever required.
• Should report to the Assistant Project Manager or any other officer nominated by the company from time to time daily.
• Should take care of all the operational work in your respective district.
• Should coordinate with all the staff in the field in your respective district and monitor all the activities functioning.
• Should coordinate with the respective District Manager to ensure smooth functioning of field Operations.
• Will be responsible for satisfactory performance of all the staff working under you and troubleshoot any technical issues.
• Should work in close association for smoother execution of the project with all the staff in the office of the District Manager. You shall maintain a record of all the concerned officers at the office of the District Manager and the same shall be submitted to the Headquarters for their record.
• Shall train the officials and all field staff members involved in the Project on the usage of software and shall clarify doubts about its usage periodically.
• Should inform the Help Desk at the central office for any technical issues you may face.
• Shall not be involved in any corrupt practices while carrying out your tasks as an Asst. Project Manager during your employment with 4Gid. Any such events by any other person involved in the execution of this project that may come to your notice should be reported to the Project Manager, 4Gid, immediately.
