Your future duties

• Design, develop and maintain new features and improvements across our services and integration domains

• Own performance and reliability

• Ensure security of the system and respect privacy rules

• Bring ideas and collaborate in an international development team

Necessary experience

• 6+ years of professional PHP development experience

• 4+ years with Symfony (at least 5.x/6.x) and Doctrine ORM in production

• Experience with distributed systems

Core technical skills

• Modern PHP (8.x) and Symfony

• Doctrine ORM

• MySQL design and performance tuning

• RabbitMQ or comparable messaging

• RESTful API design and OpenAPI contracts

• Testing discipline (PHPUnit)

• Static analysis (PHPStan, PHPCS, etc.)

• Practical experience using AI coding assistants, with responsibility for reviewing code and verifying correctness, security, and test cases

Additional technical skills

• Redis and Elasticsearch in application design

• Experience decomposing or consolidating service landscapes

• Docker and container-based development

Nice to have

• Security in multi-tenant SaaS: authorization, data isolation, GDPR

• OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect and SAML federation flows

• Go for small, high-throughput services

• Terraform / Infrastructure as Code

• Kubernetes: Helm charts, ArgoCD/GitOps, observability

• Load testing and performance profiling under load

• HR / payroll domain knowledge

• Experience in regulated, audit-driven domains

Remote work

The position is remote work but we usually meet in the office 2-3 times a month. Ideal candidate should be located in Tricity or near by.
