We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect to design and lead end-to-end solutions for a large-scale enterprise Salesforce program. You will shape the solution architecture across multiple Salesforce clouds, model integrations with third-party systems, and act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team.

Requirements

- Design and model complex Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud

- Model solutions around Salesforce core technologies (SOQL, Apex, LWC)

- Architect solutions that integrate with third-party platforms

- Articulate technical constraints and solution options clearly to business stakeholders

- Work closely with the technical team to break down the solution into deliverable components

Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce

- Salesforce Certified Solution Architect

- Strong experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud

- Salesforce implementation experience across various business domains (aviation experience is a plus)

- Solid background in SOQL, Apex and LWC development

- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

- Must be based in Jordan, Egypt or India
