SUMMARY:
Our client in the Mobile Communications sector is looking for a Senior User Testing & User Integration Specialist (UX/UI) on a contract duration of 6 to 12 months. 

We are seeking an experienced Senior User Testing & User Integration Specialist with strong expertise in User Experience (UX), User Interface (UI), usability testing, and digital channel integration. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless, intuitive, and user-friendly digital experiences across e-commerce platforms, websites, online applications, and other digital channels.

The role will focus on evaluating digital customer journeys, conducting user acceptance and usability testing, identifying functionality and integration gaps, and ensuring that digital solutions meet business requirements and customer expectations.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities UX\/UI & Digital Experience Evaluate and improve user experiences across e-commerce platforms, websites, mobile applications, and digital channels. Assess user journeys, navigation, accessibility, usability, and interface functionality. Identify UX\/UI gaps and recommend improvements to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates. Ensure consistency in user experience across multiple digital touchpoints. Collaborate with UX\/UI designers, developers, product owners, and business stakeholders. User Testing & Quality Assurance Plan, coordinate, and execute user testing, usability testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Develop test scenarios, test cases, scripts, and acceptance criteria. Conduct functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing. Validate digital features, workflows, and customer journeys against business requirements. Identify, document, track, and report defects and usability issues. Facilitate user feedback sessions and translate findings into actionable improvements. Digital Integration & E-Commerce Assess and validate integrations between websites, e-commerce platforms, backend systems, APIs, and third-party applications. Test end-to-end digital transactions, including registration, authentication, product selection, checkout, payment processing, and order fulfilment. Validate integrations across CRM, ERP, payment gateways, customer databases, and other enterprise systems. Ensure seamless data exchange and functionality across digital platforms. Identify integration issues affecting customer experience and digital channel performance. Stakeholder & Project Collaboration Work closely with product managers, business analysts, developers, architects, and digital transformation teams. Translate business and customer requirements into testable scenarios. Provide recommendations on digital experience improvements. Prepare test reports, findings, defect logs, and progress updates. Support digital transformation initiatives and continuous improvement programmes. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Interaction Design, UX\/UI Design, or a related field. 7-10+ years of relevant experience in digital testing, UX\/UI, user integration, or e-commerce platforms. Proven experience testing websites, online platforms, e-commerce solutions, and digital customer journeys. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC. Experience with UAT, functional, integration, regression, and usability testing. Experience working in Agile\/Scrum delivery environments.
