Marketing Operations Associate

Job Description:

• Support multi-channel marketing plans for clients
• Support product development projects throughout the development cycle
• Collect, organize, and distribute internal content and tools
• Maintain project management and communications tools for sales and marketing
• Coordinate creative services production schedules, vendors, and workflows
• Assist the Research and Insights team with presentations, sell sheets, and special projects
• Provide project management support to the Creative Services team
• Measure and analyze campaign results to determine ROI
• Work with cross-functional creative teams and business liaisons on multi-platform marketing content production

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of relevant job-related experience
• Working knowledge of the advertising and media industry
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize competing priorities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently
• Ability to learn and effectively use technical systems, software, and new technologies
• Strong proficiency with numerical data and data tables
• Strong project management skills
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Proficiency using AI tools
• Regular and reliable job attendance
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Independent judgement in evaluating options and making sound decisions
• Home office environment with ability to work effectively amid moderate home environment noise
