We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – IT Sales who can manage the complete sales/project coordination cycle, understand client requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and support successful project conversion and delivery.

The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to IT services, international clients, business development, client communication, proposals, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate IT sales projects from initial client interaction to closure.
• Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to internal technical teams.
• Coordinate with Business Development, Business Analysis, UI/UX, and Development teams.
• Prepare and review project proposals, quotations, scope documents, and presentations.
• Participate in client discussions, requirement calls, demos, and follow-ups.
• Track leads, opportunities, proposals, negotiations, and project status.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure timely responses.
• Support the sales team in converting qualified opportunities into projects.
• Understand project scope, timelines, deliverables, and commercial requirements.
• Identify scope changes and coordinate internally for appropriate action.
• Maintain proper documentation of client communication, requirements, and project updates.
• Follow up with clients for feedback, approvals, payments, and next steps.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.
• Prepare regular sales/project reports for management.
• Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to the relevant project/delivery team.

Required Skills

• 4–5 years of experience in IT Sales / IT Project Management / Business Development / Client Management.
• Strong understanding of IT services and software development projects.
• Experience working with international clients is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good understanding of sales processes and client handling.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand technical requirements at a business level.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM/project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, opportunities, and projects simultaneously.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Education
