P-File Management Intern

Job Purpose

To learn and assist daily activities including physical personnel file record, HR stock control and other administrative support under the guidance of direct supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support administrative tasks of p-file management with proper recordings.
• Assist in non-confidential document collection, following up on pending documents, and properly track p-file record.
• Assist in preparing HR stock such as ID cards, pins, name tags, uniforms, certificates and distribute to branch or other functions following guidance from direct supervisor.
• Assist, learn, and contribute to the development P-file Management team.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, finance & banking and/or related fields.
• Fresh graduate or one year of experience in advantage.
• Good communication, and time management skills.
• Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to handle private, sensitive, confidential information appropriately.
• Intermediate level of English literacy.
• Proficient Microsoft Office (MS. Excel, Office 365…)
• Attention to details and accuracy.
