Your Role and Responsibilities
- Leading a team of R&D engineers working on mechanical design of a wide range of electrical motors and generators
- Leading and coaching your team members for high-level performance， Developing the competences of your team members to enable successful execution of future projects and maintenance
- Lead product maintenance or new product development project teams to support business growth
- Team resource allocation planning and follow-up
- Ownership of dedicated products’ mechanical structure and dimensions
- Collaborate with x-function in daily working environment
Qualifications for the Role
- Education(Level): Bachelor and above
- Major: Mechanical Engineering
- Language:Basic English
- PC Skills:Office programs
- Personality:Ownership. Proactive. Good communication and team work skills, willingness and capability to learn

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
- Work experience in product development is an advantage
