岗位职责

1、保障公司开放平台业务的稳定性，参与 Oncall 值班和巡检，持续降低MTTR，提升SLO

2、对SRE理念和DevOps流程及工具有深入的理解和实操经验，支撑研发持续高效交付

3、构建统一的全链路观测体系，识别诊断运行风险，持续迭代优化产品体验

4、对容量规划和成本管理有优秀的意识和经验

职位要求

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，并有5年以上互联网运维工作经验;

2、扎实的计算机软件基础知识，了解 Linux 操作系统、存储、网络 IO等相关原理;

3、熟悉一种或多种编程语言，如 Go/Python/Shell等;

4、具备系统化解决问题的能力，良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力，有较强的独立工作能力和较好的抗压能力;

5、熟悉MySQL、Redis、Kafka等领域常用的数据库和中间件，并具备相关组件的运维经验;

6、熟悉主流云计算平台架构设计和使用，对AIOPS 有实践经验者优先。
