This position reports to:
ComOps Post Sales Support Manager__
Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)
- Responsible for liaising with overseas factories to resolve product quality issues raised by customers.
- Tracks the full lifecycle of issue resolution and drives cross-departmental collaboration for timely closure.
- Participates in establishing escalation matrices and sets up dashboards to monitor progress and timeliness.
The work model for the role is: onsite
This role is contributing to the ELSP/Commercial Operataion/After sales servicein China. Main stakeholders are Sales, Quality, Factory, After-sales, Global Quality Team, Product Managers, Logistics, Import &
Export Team.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- End-to-end handling of import product quality issues from the customer side: receiving, logging, submitting, and following up to drive case closure.
- Coordinate with after-sales, sales, product, and factory teams to complete issue analysis; drive resolution through meetings when necessary.
- Participate in process optimization and establishment of escalation matrices.
- Escalate complex, high-risk cases to relevant departments and colleagues in a timely manner per the escalation matrix.
- Document archiving and management to ensure complete and traceable records of cases, processes, and project materials.
- Monitor issue handling progress and timeliness through dashboards and other tools.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
- Knowledge of low-voltage electrical products; familiarity with ABB electrical products preferred.
- Proficient in office software; AI literacy and tool application capability required.
- Strong learning ability, communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong logical thinking; skilled at mapping business processes and creating flowcharts.
- Fluent written and spoken English for direct communication with overseas factories.
