JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis for the Screening Business Unit will play a key role in shaping the financial strategy and performance of a $3B+, double-digit growth platform anchored by Cologuard and an expanding portfolio of next-generation screening products.

This individual will be a strategic partner to Screening leadership, translating business performance and financial insights into action. The role will help identify growth opportunities, shape investment decisions, challenge assumptions, and ensure resources are deployed against the highest-value priorities. The Senior Manager will also lead a team of finance professionals and help continuously raise the level of financial planning, analysis, and decision support across the Screening organization.

Essential Duties:

• Drive financial performance by identifying key business drivers, opportunities and risks, and partnering with leaders to translate insights into actions that improve growth and profitability.
• Shape business decisions by developing financial perspectives on strategic investments, commercial opportunities, resource allocation, and other critical business priorities.
• Own key elements of forecasting and planning, ensuring leadership has a forward-looking view of performance and a clear understanding of what must happen to achieve financial and strategic objectives.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, strengthening its ability to think strategically, influence the business, and deliver high-quality financial analysis.
• Build decision-making tools and analyses that evaluate ROI, profitability and long-term value, enabling the business to make faster and more informed investment decisions.
• Ensure strong financial stewardship, maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial information and an effective control environment while meeting GAAP and company requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in a finance, financial planning, or related role.
• Basic computer skills to include Internet navigation, Email usage, and word processing.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, proficiency in business applications such as MS Office Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to perform the Essential Duties of the position with or without accommodation.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA Degree.
• 3+ years’ experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical or healthcare industries.
• 6+ years’ experience with financial models and financial data retrieval.
• Prior experience working with SAP and BPC.

The base pay for this position is

$129,300.00 - $258,700.00

In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
