Logistic and Procurement Clerk

We are looking for an organised and proactive professional to coordinate spare parts deliveries, local purchasing, supplier follow-up and transport operations.

The role will be responsible for ensuring timely parts availability and deliveries, managing suppliers and purchase orders, coordinating delivery vehicles, and supporting efficient logistics operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily spare parts deliveries and transport planning.
• Follow up on Purchase Orders and supplier deliveries.
• Source, negotiate and purchase local spare parts.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Monitor delivery vehicles, fuel usage, GPS and maintenance.
• Coordinate urgent deliveries and logistics requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports.
• Ensure high standards of customer service, safety and compliance.

• Previous experience in parts, purchasing, logistics or automotive operations.
• Good knowledge of spare parts and supplier management will be an advantage.
• Strong planning, coordination and negotiation skills.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of DMS is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Valid driving licence.
• Proactive, organised and customer-focused.
