About the role<br><br>Our customer is developing a cutting-edge security software solutions for home networks. Their technology protects millions of connected devices worldwide by focusing on cybersecurity, privacy, and parental controls.<br><br>Depending on your strengths and experience, you will contribute to a variety of data-related initiatives across the organization. Your work may range from building and improving data infrastructure and services to developing data-driven solutions that help teams make better decisions.
You will collaborate closely with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to solve meaningful business challenges and deliver high-impact outcomes.<br><br>Work tasks<br>- Bridge the gap between data analytics and data engineering by building robust data pipelines, tools, and dashboards.<br>- Provide tools, infrastructure, and curated datasets that enable other product and business teams to draw actionable insights.<br>- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to translate business and technical requirements into concrete data solutions.<br>- Manage your own projects, including effort estimation, deadline tracking, and active stakeholder communication.<br><br>We are looking for<br><br>Technical Background &amp; knowledge<br>- Data &amp; Analytics Background: Experience (preferably at least 1-2 years) as a Data Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, or a Data Analyst with strong technical/engineering capabilities (e.g., building dashboards, analyzing complex datasets, and designing data flows).<br>- Software Foundations: Strong understanding of software engineering best practices.<br>- Core Tech Stack: Python, AWS and Version Control (Git/Github)<br>- Fluent spoken and written English<br><br>Soft Skills &amp; Mindset<br>- Cooperative &amp; Communicative: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and understand end-user needs.<br>- Pragmatic Project Management: Ability to estimate effort, stick to timelines, communicate progress, and stay on track.<br>- Industry Experience &amp; Curiosity: Experience in tech/AI environments, with a passion for experimenting with modern AI tools (e.g., Claude, LLMs) or personal hobby projects.<br><br>Our recruitment process<br><br>This recruitment process is handled by Academic Work and it is our clients wish that all questions regarding the position is directed to Academic Work.<br><br>Our selection process is continuous and the advert may close before the recruitment process is completed if we have moved forward to the next phase.
