- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and review of design methodologies to enhance circuit performance and efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and support their professional growth within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align analog circuit designs with overall project goals and timelines.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Analog Circuits Design.
- Strong knowledge of circuit simulation tools and techniques for analog design validation.
- Experience in addressing noise reduction, signal integrity, and thermal performance challenges in analog circuits.
- Ability to prototype and test analog circuits to ensure design specifications are met.
- Familiarity with integrating analog components into complex system-level designs.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing analog circuit performance under varying operational conditions.
Additional Information:
