As an Application Support Engineer, you will spend your day investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. Your role involves working diligently to ensure smooth operation and reliability of these systems, collaborating with different teams to maintain service quality and support business continuity. You will engage in problem-solving activities that require attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying potential challenges before they impact operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Continuously update technical knowledge and skills to stay current with evolving technologies.
- Assist in the development and improvement of support processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Platform Partner Ecosystem Enablement.
- Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Developer Ecosystem.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Ability to work with multiple software components and understand their interactions within a business environment.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with tools and techniques for monitoring and maintaining system health and performance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Platform Partner Ecosystem Enablement.
- This position is based at our Manila office.
