Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and investigating issues across various critical business systems. The position demands continuous engagement with multiple system components, collaborating with different teams to maintain system stability and performance throughout the day.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system reliability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Compliance Management.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements related to security.
- Experience in monitoring and auditing security controls within enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze system vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution processes in IT operations.
- Skilled in using tools and techniques for tracking compliance and generating reports.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Security Compliance Management.
