Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Lead the planning and execution of development tasks to meet project deadlines.

- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.

- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.

- Strong knowledge of back-end development including RESTful services and database integration.

- Familiarity with agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.

- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across the full stack.

Full stack developer (Java & React, Rest API, Backend)

Able to support DevOps tasks

Hands-on expertise in Spring Boot / Spring Framework

Experience with RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture

Experience with Apache Kafka / Event-driven architecture

Understanding of asynchronous processing & messaging systems

Experience with Oracle DB / PostgreSQL / relational databases

Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.

- This position is based at Client Onsite - Within India.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
