Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to align with specific business processes and application needs. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding the unique requirements of each project and translating them into functional software solutions. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the applications support operational goals is a key part of the daily routine, along with continuous refinement and adjustment of the software to enhance performance and usability.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal system performance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously update technical skills and stay informed about industry trends to improve application design and functionality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva Vault.
- Experience with application design and configuration within regulated environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address complex software challenges.
- Ability to work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in application deployment.
- Competence in debugging and optimizing application performance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Veeva Vault.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
