Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure specialized applications tailored to project requirements. This role serves as the main liaison for coordinating efforts, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The position requires overseeing the progress of application development, addressing challenges as they arise, and maintaining clear communication with various stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Contact Center Implementation.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based architecture and deployment models.
- Experience with integration of contact center solutions with customer relationship management systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize cloud contact center performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation tools to streamline contact center workflows.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud Contact Center Implementation.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
