Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for software development.

- Assist in documenting technical specifications and application workflows to support project transparency and knowledge sharing.

- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to enhance overall team performance.

- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to software engineering.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.

- Good To Have Skills: Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Azure Data Services.

- Experience in developing scalable and maintainable web applications using front-end and back-end technologies.

- Strong understanding of software development principles, including object-oriented programming and design patterns.

- Familiarity with database design, query optimization, and integration of data services within applications.

- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across different environments.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
