As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet organizational goals. - Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Good To Have Skills: Scrum.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud architecture and customization capabilities.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software solutions within Salesforce environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools relevant to Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Skilled in guiding teams through agile development methodologies and best practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud.
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ location.
