Summary:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Analysis & Interpretation minimum 5 years with Techno Functional resource with SQL Development and Data Analysis skills, Functional domain Knowledge - Banking. As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands ensuring that development standards are maintained consistently, while focusing on scalability and performance to meet evolving business goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous evaluation of project progress are integral parts of the daily routine, fostering an environment of innovation and quality assurance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure high-quality software delivery.

- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to align technical efforts with business objectives.

- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Analysis & Interpretation minimum 5 years with Techno Functional resource with SQL Development and Data Analysis skills, Functional domain Knowledge - Banking

- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Business Requirements Analysis., Data Process flows Risk / Treasury Domain knowledge / Experience

- Data Migration Experience

- Experience in handling large volumes of data (Analysis / Testing)

- Proficiency in data visualization tools to present findings effectively.

- Experience with statistical analysis techniques to derive insights.

- Strong ability to interpret complex data sets to inform software design and development decisions.

- Experience in evaluating software performance metrics and implementing improvements for scalability.

- Skilled in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Competent in utilizing analytical tools and methodologies to support decision-making processes.

- This position is based at our Pune office.
