POSITION TITLE: Workforce Services Associate

WORK SETUP: Return to Office

OVERALL PURPOSE:

We are seeking a highly analytical Workforce Reporting Analyst to support workforce and operational decision-making through reporting, analytics, and automation. The role will be responsible for delivering accurate workforce insights, maintaining reporting governance, and driving continuous improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain workforce performance reports, scorecards, and dashboards.
• Analyze trends related to productivity, SLA, volume, utilization, attendance, and operational performance.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reporting governance.
• Build automated reporting solutions and visualization tools.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support business reviews, governance meetings, and client reporting requirements.

Project/Team Location: Quezon Cyberpark Tower 3SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 6 months to 2 years RTA experience; other WFM experience is a plus but not required.
• Good knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• No specific tool requirement; good to have if with experience in WFM Tools (ex. eWFM, IEX, CMS Avaya, Blue Pumpkin, Aspect)
