- Conduct informative training sessions, promote company efficiency, and improve the skills of all personnel.
- A great communicator with the ability to effectively describe complicated ideas to different audiences. You must be highly organized, proficient in time management, and possess excellent public speaking skills.
- At least College undergraduate with basic web and MS Office skills.
- Must have at least 2 years Process or VNA training experience in a BPO setting.
- Experience managing diverse teams.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Able to multitask and work under pressure.
Additional information:
- Conduct new hire training on culture, communication, and customer service.
- Facilitate candidate communication assessments.
- Conduct floor refreshers, coaching, and feedback.
- Prepare daily activity and training reports.
