  • Integrate, design, and translate various educational materials needed in cascading to different audiences and stakeholders of Shopee Philippines
  • Identify Chinese seller needs and build up positive engagement via WeChat through content that is engaging and easy to understand
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to address seller operational issues and manage concerns, enforce education strategies, and provide appropriate solutions
  • Conduct seller trainings for Chinese sellers, as needed
  • Work closely with Operation/Business Development/Marketing teams to prioritize and translate business information needs
  • At least 2 years in college with or without experience or High school graduate with at least 5 months of Customer Service experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in eCommerce industry or customer support team
  • Excellent knowledge in WeChat and Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin), ability to communicate in Filipino a plus
  • Good team player with positive attitude
  • Self-motivated, has strong sense of ownership, resourceful, and highly organized
  • Has strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn
  • Amenable to working in Ortigas
