Digital Marketing Associate

Role Summary:

The role is responsible for supporting clients and customers in creating, managing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns. The candidate will help build effective campaigns that align with marketing objectives such as reach, clicks, lead generation, sales, and overall campaign performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating and setting up new digital advertising campaigns based on client objectives.
• Building effective campaigns to support marketing goals such as reach, clicks, conversions, sales, and customer acquisition.
• Monitoring campaign performance and identifying areas for improvement.
• Optimizing campaigns through keyword, bid, budget, targeting, and performance recommendations.
• Reviewing campaign data, reports, and metrics to support decision-making.
• Providing insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Working closely with internal teams, clients, or customers to ensure campaign targets are achieved.
• Supporting campaign execution across digital marketing channels such as Search, Display, Video, Mobile, and other online advertising platforms.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, marketing operations, or online advertising.
• Hands-on experience with campaign setup, execution, monitoring, and optimization.
• Good understanding of digital advertising objectives, including reach, clicks, leads, conversions, and sales.
• Ability to analyse campaign performance data and provide practical optimization recommendations.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Good communication skills in English, with the ability to explain performance insights clearly.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with campaign metrics and targets.
