Cybersecurity Cloud Automation Engineer

Accenture Federal Services is hiring a Cybersecurity Cloud Automation Engineer to support cyber security operations development in threat hunt analytics, malicious detections, and workbooks. The role builds and secures cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, automates security deployments, and develops incident response and data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and assist with Azure resource deployments using IaC and CaC
• Developing, deploying and using Threat Hunt Analytics, Malicious Detection, Workbooks and other Incident Response tools
• Assist with automated deployments of mission-critical security software and applications
• Assist with the development of data ingestion and visualization solutions
• Engage with customers for requirements gathering and solution development activities
• Improve processes across the enterprise by introducing automation and industry best practices
• Documentation of lessons learned and best practices

Skills

• 4+ years of IT Administration, Engineering, or Automation experience (including 3+ years of Cloud experience)
• 1+ year experience with programming languages or PowerShell
• 1+ year experience with manually or programmatically accessing REST API endpoints
• Satisfaction of 8570 IAT II requirements (typically CompTIA Security+)
• Must have an active TS/SCI
• Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Azure experience
• Working knowledge of multiple SIEMs including Splunk and Microsoft Sentinel/Log Analytics
• Leadership experience in relevant technical areas
• Technical Certifications, such as: Microsoft AZ-104, AZ-204, AZ-305, AZ-500, AZ-600 or AZ-700
