WORK YOU'LL DO
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will design and build cloud-native web applications that are performant, secure and genuinely useful to the people who use them. You will work across the stack - React on the front end, Python on the back end - and own your code through to production on Azure or GCP. You will work in areas like FinTech, Retail, Consumer Goods and many more.
You will also be expected to work with AI coding assistants as a standard part of your toolkit. We are not looking for people who avoid them, nor for people who accept their output uncritically. We are looking for engineers who can direct these tools well, review what comes back with a sharp eye, and ship higher quality work faster as a result.
Your day to day will include participating in daily scrums, shaping and implementing user stories end to end, writing tests, reviewing pull requests (human- and AI-authored), and maintaining the pipelines that get your work into production.
