What would you do?

• Enterprise Talent & HR Transformation

• We partner with CHROs and executives to deliver large-scale HR modernization and workforce optimization.
• Digital HR Delivery: End-to-end HCM deployment (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle) and org design.
• Change Management: Impact analysis, readiness, and communication for high adoption.
• Operations & Advisory: Global SLAs, KPIs, governance, and tailored talent str
• As a Senior Manager (CL6), you will lead large-scale HR transformation programs, driving end-to-end delivery across cloud HCM platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle) and org design. You will serve as a trusted advisor to CHROs, crafting custom talent strategies and managing executive relationships. We expect you to oversee change management, establish global SLAs and KPIs, and drive practice growth
• Process and strategy of providing and managing human resources services and information to employees within an organization.
• This encompasses various aspects, including employee support, benefits administration, onboarding, payroll, and other HR related functions.

• Cloud HCM Platforms: Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and SNOW implementations.

• HR Transformation & Org Design: Mastery in operating model redesign, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
• Change Management: Proven ability to lead change impact analyses, stakeholder alignment, and user adoption.
• C-Suite Advisory: Executive presence to partner with and influence CHROs and VP-level stakeholders.
• Program Governance: Skill in leading complex programs using strict SLAs, KPIs, and global delivery models.
• Business Development: Track record in originating opportunities, RFPs, and d
