THE WORK

As a JuniorGenAIEngineer,you’lljoin a team thatcreates innovative GenAI and agentic AI tools for major companies.

We'relooking for people who are genuinely curious about Generative AI and proactively followwhat'shappening inthe space-new models, tools, and techniques. Ifyou'reexcited about applying AI to solvereal businessproblems atscale,you'llfit right in.

You will:

• Build next-generation GenAI applications and autonomous multi-agent systems for top-tier enterprise clients-using Python, LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google), and open-source models

• Design enterprise-grade RAG solutions and agentic workflows that reason, act, and make decisions at scale

• Evaluate and stress-test AI outputs -hunting down hallucinations, edge cases, and failure modes before they reach production

• Deploy solutions to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with real-world performance and security requirements

• Collaborate with senior engineers and consultants who are shaping how leading enterprises adopt AI

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely (most of the time), onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstancesWithall our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)

• Solid proficiencyin Python and basic SQL knowledge

• Basic backend experience -understanding of REST APIs, HTTP methods, and how client-server communication works

• Hands-on experience with foundation models (LLMs) and an understanding of how embeddings and vector search work

• Familiarity with agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, ADK) and an understanding of agentic architecture concepts (agents with memory, tools, and autonomous decision-making)

• Awareness of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and how it connects AI agents to external systems

• Proficiencywith AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, or similar) -we expect these to be a core part of your daily workflow, not an occasional add-on

• Good command of English (min. B2)

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE

• Experience building RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, or working with vector databases

• Hands-on experience with multi-agent systems or autonomous AI workflows in personal, academic, or professional projects

• Familiarity withLLMOpspractices and CI/CD for AI applications

• Contributions to open-source projects, hackathon experience, or a public GitHub portfolio

• Basic cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and familiarity with containerization and API tooling (Docker,FastAPI, Flask)

• Understanding ofResponsible AI principles and model evaluation techniques
