Junior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer
THE WORK
Design, develop and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions for international clients.
Build marketing campaigns, customer journeys and dynamic email communications using AMPscript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Implement marketing automation processes using Journey Builder, Automation Studio and Contact Builder.
Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external systems, CRM platforms and data platforms using REST and SOAP APIs.
Support campaign analysis, monitor performance and optimize existing marketing solutions.
Analyze and resolve technical issues related to platform functionality.
Participate in code reviews, testing and deployment processes.
Collaborate with consultants, architects and project teams working in an Agile environment.
Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of remote work, onsite work at a client location, or work from an Accenture office-depending on specific project needs. Across all roles, some in-person time is expected for collaboration, learning and relationship-building. Accenture aims to be as flexible as possible to support individual work-life needs.
Qualification
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED
You have 2-3 years of experience designing, developing and maintaining Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
You are proficient in AMPscript, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and use them regularly in project work.
You have hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder and Data Extensions.
You have experience integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
You understand best practices for developing, testing and maintaining marketing automation solutions.
You are interested in emerging technologies, including the use of AI to automate processes and increase productivity.
You understand the importance of data in marketing processes and have practical experience with audience segmentation and data management.
You have a very good English.
You can effectively collaborate in an international environment and Agile/Scrum teams.
You are a team player also able to make independent decisions within your area of expertise.
You can independently analyze technical issues and propose effective solutions.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE
Salesforce certifications or an active and well-developed Trailblazer profile.
Knowledge of the Salesforce Core platform and experience building solutions with Apex.
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization, Marketing Cloud Next, Data Cloud (Data 360), or other Salesforce ecosystem products.
