Key Responsibilities:
- As a Quality Assurance Practitioner you will be responsible for supporting quality assurance programs to monitor performance and compliance of processes procedures and policies.
- You will collaborate with global quality process improvement and delivery teams to assess knowledge support learning needs and contribute to the development of quality methodologies and processes.
- You are expected to be a subject matter expert collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively take responsibility for team decisions engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
- Providing solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams is a vital part of this role.
- Apply deep expertise to enhance quality assurance processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Take ownership of specific quality assurance deliverables and support less experienced colleagues in their development.
- Collaborate proactively with cross functional teams to influence and shape testing strategies and outcomes.
- Analyze complex issues and provide innovative solutions that improve overall project quality and efficiency.
- Contribute to the refinement of quality methodologies by sharing insights and best practices across teams.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience
- Proficient in Mobile app test automation, preferably Appium or Selenium
- Mobile app automation development experience
- Proficient in Java programming
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead initiatives to completion
- Role requires onsite client work 3 days per week
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in Functional Test Automation
- Advanced proficiency in Java Programming Language Mobile Testing and Selenium
