What would you do?
- The OTC Senior Analyst will be responsible for delivering Order-to-Cash operations while ensuring adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and internal controls. The role involves managing Accounts Receivable, Collections, Cash Application, Dispute Resolution, Credit Management, Customer Master Data, and Reporting activities. - Optimizing working capital providing real time visibility and end to end management of revenue and cash flow and streamlining billing processes This team over looks the entire processes that starts from customers inquiry sales order to delivery and invoicing The Cash Application Processing team focuses on solving queries related to cash applications and coordination with the customers The role requires a good understanding of cash applications the process of applying unapplied cash reconciliation of suspense account in cash application and process them from payment receipt to finalization
- An end-to-end process that addresses all aspects of collecting cash from initial order receipt and credit authorization to collections and revenue assurance activities.
What are we looking for?
- Primary skill - Order to Cash (OTC)
- • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- • 4-7 years of experience in OTC Accounts Receivable operations.
- • Strong understanding of Collections, Cash Application, Credit Management, and Dispute Resolution.
- • Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JDE.
- • Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
- • Strong analytical and stakeholder management capabilities
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collections & Dispute Management
- • Manage customer collections and follow-up on overdue invoices.
- • Review aging reports and proactively resolve outstanding balances.
- • Investigate and resolve customer disputes and deductions.
- • Issue customer statements and dunning letters.
- Cash Application
- • Apply customer payments, remittances, credits, and adjustments accurately.
- • Research and resolve unapplied and unidentified cash.
- • Ensure timely reconciliation of cash postings.
- Credit Management
- • Perform customer credit reviews and maintain credit limits.
- • Support credit risk assessments and recommendations.
- • Monitor blocked orders and facilitate release approvals.
- Invoicing & Customer Management
- • Support invoice generation and billing validation.
- • Maintain customer master data accurately.
- • Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing issues.
- Reporting & Month-End Close
- • Prepare AR aging and collections reports.
- • Support month-end activities, reconciliations, and journal entries.
- • Ensure compliance with SOX and internal control requirements.
- • Assist in audit requests and documentation
- Continuous Improvement
- • Identify process improvement opportunities.
- • Participate in transformation and automation initiatives.
