Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will spend your day designing, coding, and improving software components that meet unique business requirements. You will collaborate with colleagues to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions, applying modern development methodologies and frameworks. Your work will contribute to the continuous enhancement of systems and applications, supporting the evolving needs of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.

- Maintain and update existing software components to improve performance and reliability.

- Document development processes and solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.

- Continuously seek opportunities to optimize code and enhance system functionality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Pega Platform.

- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and best practices within the Pega environment.

- Experience in designing and implementing scalable business process management solutions.

- Familiarity with integrating Pega applications with external systems and databases.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

- Good understanding of agile methodologies and collaborative development tools.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Pega Platform.

- This position is based at our Manila office.
