As Sales Executive, you will lead the full sales cycle-from opportunity origination and qualification through pursuit, negotiation and close-bringing together Accenture’s capabilities across technology, cloud, data and AI, operations, strategy and consulting.

The role

You will build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, identify growth opportunities and orchestrate multidisciplinary teams to create differentiated, industry-relevant solutions. You will combine strong commercial judgement with a clear understanding of the Finnish market and our clients’ transformation agendas.

What you will do

• Originate and qualify new opportunities across the Finnish financial services market.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with C-suite buyers and other key decision-makers.
• Shape compelling value propositions that connect client priorities with Accenture’s capabilities in cloud, data and AI, digital core, applications, operations, cybersecurity and business transformation.
• Lead strategic pursuits from initial client dialogue through solution shaping, commercial negotiation and contract close.
• Define account penetration and growth strategies for new and existing clients.
• Mobilize and lead cross-functional pursuit teams across Finland, the Nordics and Accenture’s global network.
• Develop clear executive messaging, proposals, presentations and business cases.
• Apply market and competitor insight to identify emerging opportunities and strengthen Accenture’s positioning.
• Maintain a high-quality pipeline and communicate progress against sales targets.
• Ensure opportunities deliver meaningful client value and profitable growth for Accenture.

What we are looking for

• Significant experience in complex B2B sales, business development or client leadership, with a track record of meeting substantial sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of the Finnish financial services sector and an established senior-level network in banking, insurance, capital markets or related areas.
• Experience originating, shaping, negotiating and closing large, multi-service technology or transformation deals.
• Ability to translate business challenges into clear, differentiated and commercially viable solutions.
• Executive presence, strong stakeholder management skills and confidence influencing senior decision-makers.
• Commercial acumen, disciplined pipeline management and sound judgement on opportunity qualification.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; Finnish language skills are strongly preferred.
• A collaborative leadership style and the ability to work effectively across diverse, international teams.
• A relevant university degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Willingness to travel based on client and business needs.
