SAP FICO Function Lead

岗位职责： 负责 SAP FICO 模块实施交付，涵盖需求调研、解决方案设计、系统配置、测试支持及上线支持等工作。

与客户业务团队及 key users 保持有效沟通，准确理解业务需求，并推动系统解决方案落地。

支持零售、2C、线下门店及电商场景下相关财务流程的系统实现与优化。

任职要求：

具备3年以上 SAP FI/CO 零售/消费品行业实施经验，有 FI 与 CO 完整的实施经验;

必须熟悉零售线下门店、线上电商解决方案，包括联营门店/电商平台对账结算; 熟悉制造业成本核算解决方案，包括自制及三方加工解决方案;

能够独立完成蓝图的主持及讨论，驱动业务决策;

能力独立完成系统配置、测试场景设计、开发需求说明书撰写，熟悉SAP Clean Core的开发机制;

能够有跨组沟通协调能力，SAP系统内必须熟悉FI-SD、FI/CO-PP、FI-MM、FI-QM的集成;

SAP系统外必须熟悉FI-POS、FI-OMS的集成;
