Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA SD Manager to lead complex Order-to-Cash and global trade transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine deep SAP SD functional expertise with strong consulting and delivery leadership, as well as experience integrating sales, billing, logistics, customs, and international trade processes. SAP GTS and Costa Rica trade compliance experience are highly valued.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead SAP S/4HANA SD functional design and delivery across large-scale transformation programs.
Advise clients on Order-to-Cash, pricing, sales order management, delivery, shipping, billing, returns, intercompany sales, and credit management based on SAP leading practices.
Lead requirements gathering, fit-to-standard workshops, solution design, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
Engage with senior client stakeholders to define solutions, articulate business value, and develop transformation roadmaps.
Design and optimize commercial invoice, packing list, shipping documentation, labels, and related logistics documentation.
Support the redesign of in-transit and intercompany logistics processes, including ownership, virtual receipts, and related financial and operational impacts.
Ensure effective integration of SAP SD with GTS, MM, FICO, PP, LE, and other SAP or non-SAP solutions.
Support the extension and integration of SAP GTS capabilities with SAP S/4HANA SD and logistics processes.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI, GenAI, automation, and analytics to improve Order-to-Cash, pricing, customer service, and commercial operations.
Support business development initiatives, proposals, client presentations, and SAP transformation opportunities.
Mentor and develop SAP functional consultants.

Job Location: Heredia (Costa Rica)
Must have skills: The candidate should have 9-15 years of SAP experience with strong functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution (SD), including experience in 4-5 end-to-end SAP transformation or implementation programs. Strong client-facing, solutioning, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are required, along with C1 English proficiency.
Good to have skills: Strong experience or exposure to SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) is highly valued, particularly in global trade, customs, commercial invoices, and integration with SAP SD. Experience with Costa Rica Free Trade Zone (FTZ), PROCOMER reporting, TICA customs declarations, and electronic invoicing will be considered a significant advantage.
SAP S/4HANA certification and exposure to AI, Generative AI, automation, SAP BTP, or advanced analytics within Order-to-Cash or ERP transformation programs will be considered an advantage.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution (SD).
- Strong experience across Order-to-Cash, pricing, delivery and shipping, billing, commercial invoices, intercompany sales, returns, and credit management.
- Experience with international trade and global logistics processes, including shipping and customs documentation.
- SAP GTS experience is highly valued, particularly integration with SD, commercial invoicing, customs, and trade compliance processes.
- Strong knowledge of integration across SD, GTS, MM, FICO, PP, and logistics processes.
- Knowledge of Business Partner, ATP, Fiori, IDocs, BAPIs, APIs, user exits, enhancements, and interfaces.
- Experience supporting 4-5 large-scale SAP transformation or implementation programs for global clients.
- Exposure to SAP BTP, AI/GenAI, automation, and analytics is highly valued.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, client-facing, executive communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional business and technology teams in a global environment.
Participate in the development of thought leadership content, including white papers and presentations on S/4 HANA topics
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Relocation Options: Candidates based in cities other than Heredia can be considered, but Accenture regrets it does not cover relocation expenses for this position.
