Senior Embedded C++ Security Developer and Architect

THE WORK
Own and evolve the architecture of MCU firmware, including security components and Hardware Security Modules (HSMs), applying a forward-thinking and growth-driven approach.
Design and implement advanced embedded security features such as Secure Boot and SecOC in modern C++, driven by challenges and a commitment to high-quality delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define system architecture and ensure alignment with security standards and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Conduct reviews across requirements, architecture, design, code, testing, and documentation, focusing on dedicated ongoing improvement.
Contribute to the development of a Software-Defined Vehicle platform, supporting innovation in ADAS and Infotainment systems, while embracing opportunities for professional growth.
Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. Qualification
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Advanced knowledge of modern C++ in embedded firmware and driver development.
Experience with MCU architectures and embedded environments.
Strong understanding of security concepts such as secure boot, key storage, certificate handling, and secure communication.
Practical experience with debugging tools (e.g., JTAG, logic analyzers, protocol analyzers).
Understanding of RTOS and embedded operating systems.
Experience with unit testing frameworks such as gtest and gmock.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
Knowledge of Tricore, ARM, or POSIX environments.
Familiarity with AUTOSAR (Classic or Adaptive) and functional safety concepts.
Experience with MISRA, CERT, or static code analysis standards.
Experience with Python and PyTest.
