Responsibilities:

  • Configure and support Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management processes in ServiceNow ITSM.
  • Develop and maintain business rules, client scripts, script includes, and UI policies.
  • Build and enhance Service Catalog items, Record Producers, and Flow Designer workflows.
  • Configure SLAs, notifications, assignment rules, and approval workflows.
  • Support testing, deployments, production support, and issue resolution.


Requirements:

  • Experience working with ServiceNow ITSM.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM configuration.
  • Experience with GlideRecord, GlideSystem, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts.
  • Familiarity with the service catalog, record producers, flow designer, or workflow automation.
  • Basic knowledge of SLA management, notifications, and approval workflows.
