Summary:
As a Web Developer, a typical day involves designing, constructing, and thoroughly testing web-based applications that support various components of a website. The role includes editing and updating site content to ensure relevance and accuracy. Additionally, the position requires documenting technical designs and specifications in detail. Continuous research is conducted to integrate the latest content and features into websites, ensuring they remain current and engaging for users. Collaboration with other teams to align web functionalities with overall project goals is also a key part of daily activities.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve development processes and enhance team productivity.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of back-end development including server-side programming and database management.
- Familiarity with web services and RESTful APIs integration.
- Understanding of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize web applications for performance and scalability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
